Drone Roof Inspection
But a comprehensive roof inspection is never a problem for Home Inspections and More Inc. because we use a drone. With FRED (Flying Roof Evaluation Device), we get a close-up perspective and take pictures to identify any potential problem.
A chimney may also require maintenance. FRED has this covered too, allowing us to give your chimney the proper analysis.

Thermal Imaging Inspection
Our infrared camera can help find problems that aren’t always apparent to the human eye.
This high-tech camera translates the heat of objects into colors on a corresponding scale. Higher temperatures appear as lighter colors, while cold and wet areas with lower temperatures display as darker colors.
By evaluating these images, we:
- Detect sources of energy loss
- Locate areas of moisture
If moisture is found, we use a moisture meter to determine the percentage of moisture in the materials tested and document it in our report.
